SUMMER 2004 UPDATES

SNDLC is planning another major upgrade for the summer of 2004. The summer upgrade will be done in one or two phases depending on how fast you want to upgrade your system.

Phase One is intended to swap out the Microsoft operating system, correct known bugs, and change the look of the video view on the static classroom control monitor. Phase one will be done using Maintenance funds.

Phase Two will require replacing the primary and secondary CPUs with more powerful CPUs in order to meet the Nebraska Information Technology Commission Video Standards. The district must purchase the Phase Two CPUs.

Additional information will be available as we near summer 2004.
